Return & Refund Policy

At Design Your Themes (DYT), we strive to deliver high-quality creative and digital services that meet your expectations. Since our work involves custom design, digital solutions, and personalized services, our return and refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair for both parties.
General Policy
All services provided by DYT — including graphic design, web design, branding, UI/UX design, SEO, and social media marketing — are customized to meet each client’s needs.
As a result, refunds are generally not offered once the project has started or digital deliverables have been shared.
Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be considered only under specific circumstances, such as:
- The project has not yet started.
- You have made a duplicate payment by mistake.
- DYT is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen internal issues.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the payment date.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The client changes their mind after the project begins.
- The client fails to provide necessary materials, feedback, or approvals, causing delays.
- The project is delayed due to circumstances beyond DYT’s control.
- The final design or service has already been delivered and approved.
- Third-party service costs (e.g., domain registration, hosting, software subscriptions) are involved.
Project Cancellation
If a client decides to cancel a project:
- Any work completed up to that point will be billed.
- The remaining balance (if any) may be refunded after deducting completed work hours and administrative costs.
- All design files and rights remain the property of DYT until full payment is received.
Revisions & Satisfaction
DYT offers revision rounds as part of our commitment to client satisfaction.
We encourage clients to review drafts carefully and share feedback during the revision process.
Once final approval is given, no further changes or refunds will be possible.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be made through the original payment method used by the client.
